Create a Professional Seller’s Account
To get started with selling on Amazon, you will need to create a professional seller’s account. You can do this by going to Amazon’s website and clicking on “Sell Your Services On Amazon.”
This will take you to the page where you can sign up for an individual or professional seller account. If you’re just starting, select the individual option as it doesn’t require any information about your business size or location (unless of course, there are specific requirements in your country).
Once signed up and accepted into the program, Amazon will ask for some basic information regarding who owns the company and where they operate. - First, you will need to add your products to the Amazon catalog. To do this, you must first register as an Amazon seller and log in on the Amazon seller central page.
- Once you’ve registered as a seller and logged in, follow these steps:
- a) Click on “Inventory” under the “Selling” section of your dashboard
- b) Click on “Add a Product” under “Create Product”
- c) Choose which category your product falls into (you can also choose subcategories if applicable). If it’s not already populated, enter your product’s ASIN number or search for it by name; then click Next Step

If an order is paid for by credit card, it will appear in this list as soon as it has been processed by Amazon; however, if payment was made using cash on delivery (COD), then this order will not be shown until after delivery has taken place and payment has been received from the customer (which could take up to three days).

You can also increase your chances of winning by having good customer reviews on your products and offering Prime eligibility if possible!

If you’re ready to sell on Amazon, you’ll need to create a professional seller’s account.
Here are the steps:
- Sign up for an Amazon Professional Seller account.
- Add your products to Amazon’s catalog. To do this, go to “Add a Product” in Seller Central and fill out basic information about your product(s). You can also upload images and enter item specifics like price or size here as well. Once your items are listed on Amazon, they’ll be eligible for Prime shipping! (Note: if you already have an existing listing with inventory in it but aren’t yet selling through FBA or Sponsored Products—that is, if you’re only using FBA or Sponsored Products with some of your listings—you won’t need to update anything until those campaigns end.) If you’d rather add new listings than modify existing ones, just follow these instructions instead of those above.”
